Cask at The Roebuck. Pours extremely dark brown, almost black with a thick, fine beige byways that it’s moderately long lived and doesn’t leave much lacing. Aroma is dark chocolate, roasted malt and some caramel. Taste is mild bitterness. No carbonation.
Taster at Meet the Brewer for Portobello at the Union Tavern (cask) cappuccino and chocolate nose but a little too light for me. Coffee comes through throughout however. Not bad
