Black tea aroma. Pale, frothy head. Ewwwww, sour taste. And now I get that in the aroma too. Minerally and almost chalky. Finish is packed full of popcorn. Such a shame its on the turn, this would be a good sessionable pale bitter.

Half pint in fine condition at The Gunmakers. Patchy white head to a pale golden body, slightly hazy. Spotty lacing. Moderate aromas of grassy hops. Refreshing flavour profile of bitter hops offset by mild malty sweetness. Drying hops on the swallow. Fine drinkability matching the pub food (London 23.09.2014).
