Cask at The Windsor Castle Kensington. Bright gold with a tiny white head. The nose is biscuit, soft summery citrus fruits. Lemon drizzle cake. A bit ’o pee. The taste is sugar cookie, juicy lemon meat. Dry citrus finish. Simple stuff, but eminently drinkable. Light body, soft. A nice golden. I have to admit that this brewery has continually exceeded my modest expectations. thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 7, 2013
