Bomber. Amber pour with a thin head. The aroma is nice. Softly spicy hoppiness with a light sweet fruitiness. Bready/crackery malts. A touch of herbal character and a nice bitter back note. Not bad at all. PilsnerPeter (3049) - Flushing, New York, USA - JUL 16, 2009
Bomber shared by Microgrog: Hazy deep copper pour with a wispy off white head. Mildly piny aroma underneath some caramel character and toasted huskiness. Some catty suggestions as well with a grassy note. Slick carbonation. Grainy flavor with some biscuit and bird feed notes. Fairly dry with a mild piny character toward the back along with some residual malt husk character. Not bad- sessionable. Dickinsonbeer (5073) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 13, 2009
Bomber- all bravo hopped version. Shared by Microgrog I think? Pours a medium to light amber with a nice fluffy off white head. Aroma is nutty toasted malts, and a good fruity citrusy hop character with almost a cold smokey minty like character with some grassy and herbal hints- strange but good hops. Flavor is more hops similar to aroma and a nice caramel and toasty malt backbone- crackery like in the end and dulls out a bit and hops could have been amped up a bit more as well- ok clean and nice bitterness though- easy drinking APA.
