Not bad. Pours slightly cloudy orange with no head or lacing. Nose is sweet fruit and Yeast. Notes of dough, fruit like peach, some cereal. Taste is med sweet and light bitter. Body is quite full with lively carbonation and an acidic bite. Not bad, but a bit sweet for my preference. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 12, 2013

In short: A soft semi-wild floral Saison. Pleasant session beer.JoeMcPhee (9549) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 4, 2009
How: Tap at Vermont’s Brewers Festival 2009
The look: Almost clear blonde body topped by a small white head
In long: Pleasant semi-wild aroma with a floral twist. A lot of cereals with a wheat sensation makes for a nourishing example of the style. Taste blends a some fruity notes (pineapples and apricots mainly), floral/flower notes and a little barnyard/countryside wilderness. Semi-dry floral finish. This is not a tasty beer nor is it very wild. Of course this is no true Belgian Saison brew but I found it both sustaining, highly drinkable and superior to their regular Saison. Nice session beer. An accessible Saison. Especially when sitting a few inches away from your glass.
Pale golden/straw coloured beer. The aroma is very nice. Fairly rustic but quite fruity as well. Softly spicy with a bit of clove. A faint wheaty nose with a light crackery malt sweetness. Straw-like and grassy with a light lemony finish. A bit of light apricot but fairly dry nonetheless. Lingering fruity spiciness.
