Bomber from the brewery. Murky amber pour with a thin white head. Banana clove notes with hints of earthy loam lead to bready biscuit and light caramel. Huge phenol character. Medium to full body for the style with light carbonation and a crisp finish. Not bad, but not outstanding. AdamChandler (5052) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 9, 2012
Thanks AirForceHops for the bottle! Poured into a Duvel Tulip at room temp.

A - Dark burnt orange appearance. Pretty cloudy. 2 finger head that fades immediately.
S - bready and wheat. Orange peel and sugar Sweet and farmhouse funky. Pretty pleasant aroma
T - Up front, creamy oranges. Very sweet and in the middle, bready belgian farmhouse funk followed by a sweet bitterness of cloves and lemons at the finish.
M - 100% carbonation on the finish. Light body, dry fleeting finish
O - This is pretty nice! Very nice to drink and enjoyable!
22oz Bottle, purchased at the brewery. Earthy, raw mushroom and old citrus aroma. Banana phenols present. I recognize the dry acerbic spicy Saison yeast, but this tastes like a sweet, wheaty Hefeweizen. It lacks airy lightness and good yeast complexity. There’s no malt crispness and a lot of languid, sickly phenol-heavy sweetness. Not a good example of the style. deyholla (11609) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Bottle thanks to James. Pours a hazy deep amber orange with a white head that is large and fluffy and lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a perfume note with a good amount of floral, light fruit and hint of grass. Flavor has a good amount of flora with a bit of spice and some light fruits. A bit thin. On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy gold with a white, filmy head. Light spice and yeast on the nose. Nice flavor, a bit of spice, yeast, light sweetness and bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Crisp finish, moderately bitter with slight grass. Very decent.

Pours gold into a snifter Bright white head quickly recedes to pinpoint rim. Sweet caramel, alcohol and yeast aromas. Crisp and sweet with yeast from front to back. Pastor (799) - Skowhegan, Maine, USA - AUG 1, 2009
Tyler called this one there summer Saison I kind of like that distinction. As of lately the brew has a great looking two to three finger white head that looks absolutely amazing in a tulip glass it settles down to a good lace . The brew is a slightly hazy apricot color to my eyes.
The aromas are a slightly sweet and fruity with a splash of spices in the finish. Flavors follow the nose quite well with an ever so slight dry finish for the style not as big as the De Printemps. The feel in my mouth was what I would consider medium, while being well carbonated for the style.
Saison’s are the way to go in the summer to me they are easy to drink with enough fruitiness for a summer beer but not being over the top because of the spice bitter. My go to session brew when on tap.
