Hazy yellow gold, white carbonation. Nice crisp Hefe with some twang. Great summer wheat. wilkie (1208) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - AUG 11, 2006
Draught. Semi hazy, orange, with small white head. Lemon and faint spice in aroma. Flavor is light and lemony (kind of like an air freshener). End is slightly hoppy--the dryness and wheatiness clash (in a pleasant way!). Refreshing. hbmason (1086) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - AUG 15, 2011
UPDATED: DEC 13, 2011 22 oz. Bomber. Hazy yellow. Light white head. Limes and lemon grass comes through pretty nice. Refreshing. Pastor (799) - Skowhegan, Maine, USA - JUL 25, 2008
I had this beer on tap at the brewery. Poured into a imperial pint glass with a nice two fingers worth of white head on top of a hazy golden yellowish brown body the head turns to a thin halo of lace around the glass
Tons of lemon and lime aromas on this brew. Quite interesting a nice change for the summer
The taste is very much like the nose you get the citrus lemon lime going for it along with some ginger. Nice and light on the tongue not much carbonation, I wish it had more.
A very drinkable brew had a few for lunch. This is a Great refreshing brew on a hot day. A good blend of spices keeps it from getting dull in your mouth BitchesBrew (716) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - AUG 8, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 20, 2006 Pours a golden yellow color, with a very minimal head. Aroma is quite sweet- mostly lime juice and hops. At first, the flavors seemed quite plain, kind of like a hopped-up Hefe. As it warmed, however, it’s ginger and lemon/lime characters began to show through, with a very nice wheat background. Finishes crisp and sort of tart.

Light hops, grain and malt aroma. Strangely spicy, fruity and flowery with undertones of malt and grain. Pretty good, but I had hoped for more intense flavors! JohnQPublic (387) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JUL 26, 2008
Draught @ Portsmouth Brewpub. Cloudy dark gold with a decent, somewhat fluffy white head. Aroma is very citrusy - lemongrass is very noticable, with a very sweet malt character to complement. Taste is lightly sweet caramel with a crisp, spicey lemony citrus and a very restrained grassy, pilsner-like hop character on the finish. Mouthfeel is fluffy carbonation, with a nice, medium-light body. Beautifully done summer beer, I can’t imagine a better beer for a hot day.
