On tap at the brewpub on 05/15/2010. Cloudy orange body with a small frothy white head. Light clove and wheat aroma. Big wheat flavor with some dry clove in the finish. Medium light body with moderate carbonation.

Light and delicately hopped. Some bitterness in the finish. Has a ’wholesome’ graininess to it. A little flat and light on the end though. WeeHeavySD (3387) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 11, 2007
5th of my 10 tasting flight @ Portsmouth. Pours yellowish with an off white ring head. Nose is light wheat. Taste is wheaty with a tasty full mouth feel. Better than I’d expected. SrSilliGose (3331) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - APR 19, 2013
Tap at brewery. Orangepeel. Somewhat earthy muddled dough. Herbs. Okay. dfinney23 (3268) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 26, 2016
Meh. Not a bad wheat ale but not a favorite style. Light grass and spice. The unfiltered look is better than the pale lager look many wheat ales rock. But still meh.

22oz Bomber... Pours a hazy yellow ochre color with small quickly dissipated head. Aromas are wheat, sweet malts and a touch of lemon. The palate follows the nose; wheat bread, touch of sweet honey malts, round medium bodied beer with a hint of tangy citrus. Not a bad beer, very drinkable and a good session beer for a BBQ but nothin special. Volgon (2763) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 15, 2002
UPDATED: FEB 17, 2003 Nice cloudy color, with no head, not much aroma, fizzy palate, slightly bland tasting with a sour note in there. Dfonorow (2216) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 25, 2014
On tap at brewery. Pour is hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is of wheat grass, lemon peel, and spice. Flavor has some light fruit, muddled dough, and herbal hops. boto (2210) - Granby, Connecticut, USA - JUL 31, 2013
Draught @ Brewpub: this one pours a cloudy golden color. A fair amount of a foamy white head that doesn’t linger long but does leave some lacing. The aroma id decent. Mainly some wheat and citrus notes. The taste is also pretty good. Wheat, citrus, and a slightly lighter body. A nice brew. MaBeer1972 (2051) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 16, 2003
On-tap at the brewery. This is a light-bodied, smooth drinking American Weizen, indeed! Had this without the lemon (need to establish the true character). Not very spicy at all, as far as wheats go. Quite refreshing, if that's your game.
