COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pale blond color, with microbubbles; no head retention. Very light aroma of apples. Light apple juice flavor, semi-dry. Very simple, but better than other Possmann ciders.

yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 25, 2010
Bottle, 100cl, courtesy of Papsoe. 3.8% ABV. A clear one, rather pale golden body, with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is a bit weak, apples and a touch of fruity sugars. Apples in the flavor which is quite sweet. Medium body, not as dry as I would like it. Quite nice though, easy drinkable and sort of quenching. 100814
