3.5
BeerViking (4947) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 4, 2013
Bottle, deep red-brown with an off-white head, aroma of malt loaf - malt, dried fruit, bread - plus a little toffee and smoke. Big toasty malty body with roast fruit notes, faint tartness, a light spicy hoppiness, a touch of toffee, and a light dry and roasty bitter finish. Very nice.

Bottle at home. Red-brown with a beige head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, roasted, brown sugar, notes of chocolate). Flavor moderate sweet, light bitter/acidic. Medium body. Pleasant.

ElDesmadre (3627) - Mikołów, POLAND - MAY 24, 2011
Bottle. Red-brown, small head but durable enough. Aroma is caramel, coffee, earthy, woody, lightly burnt malts, a bit metallic. Taste is a bit watery, slightly burnt, woody-flowery elements, light to moderate bitter. Boring.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with a large creamy head. Rich aroma and taste of malts, caramel and nuts. Nice palate.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - SEP 3, 2004
UPDATED: MAR 29, 2008 Amber color with little head. Aroma has strong chocolate and caramel, also hints of breadiness suits here nicely. These make aroma to be very strong, full and dimensional. After excellent aroma light body is little bit of disappointment. Sweet and tart flavor with notes of fruit, ending is very soft. Very nice dunkel indeed, aroma is one of the best I’ve had.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
