Martinus (4601) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - MAY 24, 2012
Golden colour, slight white head. Malty aroma, toast, very light hops, some definite sweet touches. Sweet malty flavour, some bitter hops. Fresh bitter finish, light lingering sweetness.
Quite light, standard beer.
(Draught @ the abbey - Gasthof De Beiaard- Postel)

BlackHaddock (7235) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 17, 2012
Brown 33cl bottle, best before 30th Sep 2010, reviewed during one of my ’random beer’ tasting evenings in mid-Sep 2010, some two weeks before its best before date. Poured into a stemmed ’Hoegaarden Grand Cru’ tulip: A huge foaming snow white head formed, which produced very little lacing as the beer sank. Golden Syrup in colour, but with a large amount of floaters, because the beer was so highly carbonated it gushed out of the bottle bringing all the sediment. No really strong aromas to report, some yeast esters and hints of citrus fruits if I sniffed for long enough. The flavours again were not strong, pretty non-discriptive to be honest. Not overly impressed with anything about this beer.

goozen (4048) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - FEB 25, 2012
Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden coloured brew with an adequate sweetbitter taste and some hints of fruits. I think the Affligem version is better.

bdunhill (255) - Brussels, BELGIUM - FEB 21, 2012
This blond pours golden brown with a big foamy head and has a nice wheaty smell. It tastes sharp and crabonated with a fizzy drink ambiance and a creamy finish.

Benzai (15486) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUL 16, 2011
Pretty average blond beer again. Pretty clear golden color, white head. Smell little sweet, grains, malts and a little fruity. Taste ok, low to medium body.

yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 13, 2011
Bottle. An almost clear, golden body is topped by a big, dense, off-white head. Fruity nose with a grainy touch, rather sweetish. Sweet, yet dryish, flavor, mostly fruity, with some bitterness lurking in the background. Medium body. A sort of quenching one, tasteful and easy drinking, but not world class in any way. 110204

xiempie (19) - Mouscron, BELGIUM - JUN 2, 2011

Beer5000 (6456) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 4, 2011
330 ml bottle. Slightly dim, pale yellow body with a big creamy white head. Mild fruity aroma with some spices and yeast. Flavor is pleasant sweet and fruity with spices. Nothing really special as often with blond, but quaffable and easy forgotten.

EugeneStraver (238) - Nootdorp, NETHERLANDS - APR 2, 2011
Home 20110402 (75 cl bottle): A yellow beer, not complete clear and a good white head. Aroma is some malty and sweet with fruityness (apple, orange) and some hop. A sweet taste with in the finish more hop-bitterness. Also some fruit and cirus (’’marmelade’). The body is medium.
