Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 25, 2010
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale yellow beer with a bubbly, quick diminishing average-sized white head which doesn’t leave much lace. Aroma of DMS, pale malt and earthy hops. Good balance and nice bitterness. Bready malt profile. Apple sneaking in. Dry finish. An average pils at best- I don’t care much for the boiled vegetable component. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck! pivnizub (10674) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 11, 2009
Bottle(thanx to the Duck!): Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, medium-sized to big bleached head with a distinctive lace; piney-hoppy nose with a very faint tinge of vegetables; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering hoppy and pale-malty finish. Well made, pleasant Pils......... MoritzF (9983) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - SEP 3, 2009
33cl bottle; Hazy, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Strawy malty nose with herbal and slightly grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy and yeasty malty taste with notes of hay and herbs; dry-ish bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Nice one. 02.IX.09 Quack-Duck (9486) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 25, 2008
