Just a standard old style beer from way back. Light color and taste. Hasn’t got a lot going on with it, but that is part of what makes it great.

Pours light and golden. Great balance on the palate. Much better than what I tasted a couple of years ago.

Patrickctenchi (6593) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - JAN 19, 2017
Bottle: Hazy, light yellow-gold with a small white head. Apple, caramel/toffee scent. Taste is lightly fruity grain malt, toffee. Sort of a mineral bitter to it. Not great.

12 oz. bottle. Pours light golden, white head. Aroma was grain, light sweet lemon. Taste was medium sweet, grains, light grass.

A true golden ale. Although you get a taste of malt, it isn’t overwhelming and stays true to its golden color with a flavorful light bodied taste. A nice golden color.

Lighter taste relative to other Potosi’s beer. Great golden ale. Not too heavy. Perfect body and signature finish.

Good taste. Love the look of the bottle. It brings back the feeling of a local brew.

This golden ale is my favorite craft beer, Its not to dark and it smells just like a beer should!

Bottle. Buttery toffee malt and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet butterscotch toffee malt and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Decent.

cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - DEC 30, 2015
Bottle from mix pack, pours a light clear gold with a bubbly head, the aroma and flavor is both light and pretty much nothing is there, a tick is a tick

Pour is a clear yellow with almost no head. Aroma Is almost non-existent. Maybe some malt. Flavor is completely watery and almost devoid of any malt or hops. This was the most boring and flavorless beer I’ve had in a long time.
