Medium-bodied and generously dry hopped with Columbus hops. This beer boasts a bold citrus hop character with notes of grapefruit and a clean bitter finish.

Never had anything from these guys so I grabbed some of this when I was in WI last week. No date on the bottle which always worries me with this style, but I went agianst better judgement and grabbed some. Poured into a pint glass. This beer pours a dark orange with a thick white head. Nose is pungent with orange, pine, lemon. Good moderately full mouth. The alcohol is noticeable in this one as the 7% comes with a bang. I wouldnt want to down too many of these at once, and this is on a full stomach. Nice bitter character, wih a mild spicy profile. but there is a dry sweet biscuity character as well which makes this more English to me. I would think this is a nice hybrid between American and English IPA. Bitter and tasty, but plenty of sweetness and dry finish as well. A tasty beer that I am glad I picked up.

A citrus and hop forward beer with a nice bitter taste. One of the most refreshing IPAs Ive encountered.

My favorite IPA. Perfect citrus accents. Bitter finish yet very appetizing. Comparable to Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA yet more citrus accents.

Potosi Snake Hollow IPA is my favorite beer from Potosi. It doesnt overwhelm you with bitterness, but has just enough in the finish.

12 oz bottle. (HyVee) Dubuque, IA.
Clear deep golden color with a small bubbly white head. Sweet caramel malt and candy hops in the aroma. The flavor is sweet candy hops, mild bitterness and caramel malt. Really sweet... mediocre. Boring.

Standard recipe middle safe conservative inoffensive IPA. Too much lager for me too little pine/bitter hops. I could go to any Rock Bottom chain restaurant and find this. Still drinkable so giving a C. Just not playing the same game as IPAs I now expect. Bottle in Wisconsin. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12fl oz bottle poured into a Dogfish Head IPA glass. Golden Amber with a tall white head. Aroma is grapefruit, cereal, and candy. Flavor is more of the same with small hops kick at the end. Finish is lasting bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour is a clear copper with a average white head. Aroma is more of a sweet malt and a herbal hop. Flavor is more of a dryer malt with again a very mild almost minor hop. It was not a sweet malt bomb like I thought it was going to be but in the world of IPAs this would be way far down the list of ones to try. Really almost no noticeable hops are present.

bottle. Pours golden orange with a decent sized white head. Aroma of pine and citrus. Taste is piney hops, light citrus and a hint of malt at the end. Light to medium bodied with a short, piney finish. Not bad. I would definitely have another..
