COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian Style ale thats very pale and cloudy in appearance due to it being unfiltered and the high level of wheat thats used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander, orange peel and other spices or herbs in the back ground. The crispness and slight twang comes from the wheat and the lively level of carbonation. Often referred to as "white beers" (witbieren) due to the cloudiness / yeast in suspension.

A great wheat style ale. Light and creamy with a lemon and coriander taste. Nice and crisp beer. Very refreshing.

Light golden color with a small white head. Aromas of pale grains, light fruit juice, and hints of esters. Little bit of lemon peel late. Flavors better than the aromas, with some pale malt and wheat, light lemon and hint of spice. Has a bit too much sweetness in the finish with a some circus peanut qualities. Seems like a mix between a radler and a wit to me. 5/11

Bottle. Hazy straw gold with white head. Light yeast, lemon, wheat malt, and mild vanilla. Flavor is a pleasant yeasty mix of lemon zest, vanilla, coriander and spice. Moderately bitter finish - a bit high for the style, but it works. Lightly sweet and yeasty finish.

Sample at WOBFest 2016. Nice coriander and orange flavor make this a good wit. The carbonation is a little heavy for me, and turns it into a sipper.

Bottle. Lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and hay aroma. Clear golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Decent but flavors are blunted - not very crisp.

Very traditional wheat beer. Cloudy, fruity, spicy, and low-end hop levels. Solid effort from Potosi.

Cloudy white, straw yellow with foamy head and tinges of straw. Nose of wheat, yeast driven and other spiced notes. Taste follows. Okay, but doesnt finish that clean.
