Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Clear amber, small head. Light-medium bodied. Some grassy hops, bready malt and notes of glue. Low bitterness. Doughy bread is the remaining impression.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours clear, amber-gold with a fine, white head. Sweet and bready nose, with some caramel. Medium sweet flavor, lightly leafy bitters, some caramel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, some bread and caramel. Basic and very easy beer. Nothing wrong.

EdKing (2587) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2011
Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at Chriso’s. Clear brown bitter. Nose is deep English caramel malt character. Taste is quite malty, caramel. Fairly standard but easy session bitter.

harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2011
Bottle at Chriso Patriks Bday tasting. Clear light briwn. Lasting white head. Not a great aroma. Its a bit infected strong malt and then dies a bit. Bit of malty cake.

[email protected] New Wheatsheaf, London. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is quite a standard bitter one with some toffeeish notes as well. Flavour is sweet malts, some toffee, mild biscuity notes as well as some slight wooden and floral notes.

sm89walt (2065) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - APR 19, 2011
500ml bottle. Fine, fading loose white head atop a clear, lifeless looking light amber body. Sweet buttery, caramel, bready crumpet aromas & some dryer yeast notes. More buttery toffee tones on the palate with a delicate mid fruit edge and additional boiled sweet undetone. Slightly grassy & toasty in terms of bitterness, though generally a bit on the watery side. Short finish, light to medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Needs to be crisper, brighter & less muddled - though remains drinkable as is.

planky84 (3263) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2011
Bottle from Sainsburys. Amber pour, white head. Strange aroma of sour milk with a bit of vanilla and cream which doesn’t give any hint towards what the flavour’s like- ginger, hops and a light bitterness. Bitter finish. Boring stuff.

Svesse (8601) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - DEC 5, 2010
(Cask at Edgar Wallace, London, 24 Nov 2010) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with orange, dried apricots and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of apricots, floral hops and a light malt character with hints of crystal malt. Rather light body, with balanced sweetness. Refreshing and very drinkable. Quite nice.
