Drink cold: 8°C Eye: pours a clear amber to brown color with medium carbonation and a quickly dissipating beige head. Nose: Bitter, nutty Mouth: metallic, nuts Palate: Nuts as well, earthy leaves and hops as well Overall: Decent Dunkel but not my favourite. Fortunately it comes as a Bügelbier.
