Swingtop bottle shared at Chriso’s, thanks to Gene. As ’Munsterlander Original Potts Pilsener’, 4.8%. Pale yellow, lightly sparkling, clear, small foamy white head. Aroma is clean but plain with crackers, pale barley grains. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is light biscuity malts, crackers, soft bitterness. Very nice beer for a region that is not known for great brewing. A definite recommendation!

33cl bottle @ Tape., Arnhem
Thin white head. Clear golden pour. Quite a decent pils. bartlebier (4010) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - AUG 22, 2014
33cl fliptop bb08/2014, local courtoisie de idiosynkrasie. Pours solid hay and grainy gold, big-poured head. Immediate grainy and harsher green floral hop aromas, along with an edge of cereal and "fresh" cardboard. Mouthfeel is rather "sturdy" for a Pilsner, grain-heavy, but with character, topped off once again with quite pronounced, but not so elegant grassy hops. Drinks easy enough, but would be too harsh as my sessioner of choice. Very interesting contrasting these "uncouth" Northern Pilsners with the more mellifluous SW specimens, though! 330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy aroma, a spicy touch of hay, grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is slightly grainy, subtle malt sweetness, grassy and slightly bitter hoppy overtones, a malt-spicy touch. Solid PIlsener. McTapps (6899) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - APR 27, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 31, 2014 Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Deep clear golden colour with low but steady head. Medium body. Nose of hops. Taste of ripe hops, green apples, herbs and low malt. Nice balanced bitterness, fine carbonation. It’s the question what you expect of a CGP but whether you like that style or not, you notice that this here is a good-make quality product.
