Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home.
Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, light cereal, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
33 cL bottle. Pours golden yellow, clear, with huge diminishing white head. Sweet and slight cornish aroma. Starts with a sweet flavour with a mix between cereal and corn, soft and mellow. Reveals a slight roasted malt note alon the way before a nicely balanced bitterness joins the flavour before the finish and makes out the finish. Bottled. A golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of straw, and the flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and light touches of honey, leading to a nicely bitter finish, where the note of honey lingers. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 7, 2006
Bottled (thanks DerDoppelbock). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma of malts, grass and hops with malt being the weakest. Flavour is quite smooth of grass and hops with some salt and malts neutralizing it up. Quite salty aftertaste. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Handsome, fully golden beer with a small, dense head. Good solid body with a malty feel and a nice bite of hops. Comes with this hard to define artisanal/handbrewed touch - like draught brewpub pilsener. Fresh and well crafted. 271002

Goldgelb, schöner Schaum. Geruch malzig, leicht süß. Geschmack malzig, leicht herb.
