App.: Clear golden, moderate white head.
Aroma: An odd wet flour smell, a touch floral, a touch of sweet honey, minerally, a little wet ash.
Palate: Medium body, silky effervescence, a bit slick and flabby.
Flav.: Tons of wet cardboard, a touch of floral hops; dry with some bitterness, flabby, a touch of light malt.

Bottle. Hazy golden, low head. Chewy bready malt in nose and on the palate. Fruity notes, light on the hops initially, dry finish. More of a Märzen really. Dry grassy aftertaste.

A golden pils with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, very chalky and doughy malt, sweet, creamy, a bit cloying. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, molasses, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, oxidide malt notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
