750 ml bottle (56/100). Pours clear gold with a large foamy white head that slowly fades to a film and collar. Aroma has bread biscuit and slight funk with a lemon zest malt in the end. Taste is tart somewhat acidic lemon and salty with some faint funk and yeast. Palate is thin solid carbonation and finishes dry. Really enjoyable brew! pantanap (3367) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 27, 2013
750ml. Bottle courtesy of brian... Pours a darker than expected medium copper brown, consistent throughout, and topped with a thin film of soapy white head. Not sure of what is sourcing the darkness, malts prob... Brett and grain aspct without a huge sour profile. Pretty tame aroma... Clean semi-sharp acetic sour character with a pale grain backing. Assets e and sour with a light earthy backing. Lighter bodied with adequate carbonation. I enjoyed the flavor moreso than the aroma. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 15, 2013
750 ml shared by Brian. Thanks, dude. Pours a nice amber pour, touches of orange and amber glow with a loose bubbly offwhite head, rings small and laces small. Deeper glow, firmer haze. Aromas are huge yogurt, a "Chobani Beer" was the consensus, huge yogurt feel with touches of apple growing firmly, mellow sweetness, and touch of caramel. A bit more sweet, touch of earth, nut, tart fruit and faint lemon. Initial is a bit flat, mellow light carbonation with huge yogurty feel. Firmer tartness, sour twang and mellow brett. A bit more tart, the flatness makes it a bit flabby and a touch sweet into the backend. Tart lactic twang, lemon, and yogurt. Some rind, a touch of metal, apples and tart lemon, green apple. This is a step down from the base, but moreso because it’s flat. A more assertive nose. It’s ok. Could use some upped carbonation presence. NobleSquirrel (3439) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 5, 2013
Bottle from the brewery. Pours nearly flat, deep almost amber. Nose is caramel apple, green apples and chobani yogurt. The yogurt really dominates here, more than any beer I’ve ever had. Bretty is a bit earthy but this is super caramelly. Wish it had some carbonation to help carry it across the palate. Quite tart just quite odd overall. See if the second bottle has the same issue... drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 30, 2013
UPDATED: APR 27, 2013 Bottle. Thanks noble. Pours deep golden with no head. Aroma has spoiled yogurt, dirty, muddy, Flavors sweaty, yogurty, nutty, vanilla, tannic, tart finish. Big body. Needs carb but still not as good as the regular.
Bottle. Rerate much better, nice grainy tartness, lemony, slight caramel, slight nutty. Crisp.

Bottle thanks to Brian, nice yellow color with a thin white head. Great sour yeast funk aroma, similar taste with a nice lemon bite, really like this with the Brett funk.

March 16, 2013 - bottle shared by Brian. Orangish yellow with some head that faded quickly. Like the original, but had a little bit of the brett. I wish there was a bit more of the brett though. BVery (11361) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - MAR 16, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bomber. Golden pour with a smaller white head. Rich apple and yeast aroma. Similar taste - plenty of carbonation. Stellar. thome50 (1295) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - FEB 4, 2013
Bottle. (46/60) Thanks to mattyb83 and mtjoseph. Poured during the Super Bowl when Baltimore was beating the $hit out of frisco. Pours a light yellow, hazy and thin but tall head. Aroma is awesome berliner all the way. Slight but distinct. Lemon, rind and some minor bits of fresh melon. Taste is good with wheat, light sour, lemon and rind. Some lime mixed in to give a more distinct berliner. Overall, this was a rad beer I wish was available to mow the lawn with every Saturday, even though I don’t have a lawn.
