Liquid Sunshine V. Thanks, Mike, for fishing up the medicine bottle growler of this and bringing it back for us to try. Pours a murky bright golden amber with a light gray rim. Sweet honey/floral nose. Creamy medium body. Lemon and honey mid-palate. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2008
Yeasty aromas of spice and banana. Pours a cloudy amber with decent head retention. Sweet yeasty spice with some sweeter dark malts. Banana, clove, pepper, candy. A touch of alcohol in the finish. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 25, 2005
Large off-white head gently covers the clear copper body. It’s a strong maltiness we’re facing here with potent honey and cereal flavours, mischievously attempted to balance with faint soily and leafy hops. Soft yeast imparted fruitiness hints at fig, grapes and mango all while being quite phenolic. Medium bodied, extremely sweet, perhaps overdone on the candi sugar, even for a Belgian, more hops would be welcome hence the balance suffers. Mildly carbonated, tangerine colored brew. Easy amber malt aroma with some herbalness and yeastiness. Enticing and intriguing. Prominent breadiness with yeasty sourness on finish. The body ends a bit syrupy and the residual sugars clang with the yeast. SledgeJr (3577) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JAN 29, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange with medium white head. Has a nice orange flavor. The body is thicker than anything else served here. Has a sweet medicinal finish, there’s a delightful citrus to this beer.

Some times I am a man of few words. This beer was OK. BlackDonald (1126) - Gulf Shores, Alabama, USA - JUL 19, 2008
Fruity, Belgian spice nose, showcasing the beauty and magic of the yeast strain. Earthy with some biscuity malts and a light bit of candi sugar. Floral throughout and very drinkable, a little on the tame side, but still well done. Nena (963) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 13, 2011
Hazed orange, white head. Spicy dried fruit and banana aroma, very yeasty. Flavor follows suit on a base of biscuity malt, lots of yeasty spice and an almost tropical fruitiness. Very tasty.
