’06 handbottle. Thanks, HomebrewColin! Sweet aroma and taste of caramel, figs, citrus, nuts and oak. Full, sweet, almost syrupy body. A bit under-attenuated, but enjoyable none the less. SuzyGreenberg (1604) - Seattle, Washington, USA - APR 9, 2009

’O6 Vintage. Flat cherry-amber beer. Fragrance of mixed dried fruits, with peach, tangerine, and candi malt prominent. Candi malt and peachy flavor with other fruits in the medley. Unbalancedly sweet and under-attenuated. Nice medley of flavors, but overwhelming and cloying. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - FEB 22, 2009
’06 handbottle. Stubby. Thanks, Homebrew! Crystal clear dark brown with rubied highlights and a dense but slim and short-lived grayish head. Big peaty sweet caramel and brown bread mid-palate. Long caramel finish. Very, very nice BW. Bradrcr (806) - Renton, Washington, USA - AUG 31, 2008
7/27/08 on draught at the brewpub. Aroma is all molasses, rich and and dark fruity. Appearance is hazy copper with a well maintained cream colored head. Flavor is rich, extra sweet, with a candilike roast and sour vanilla finish. Mouthfeel is creamy with a moderate carb texture. Overall, very cool, big; the heavy molasses help this one.
