COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mr. Hard’s Rocks is the most powerful stout on brewer’s offer. Deep black, totally unclear with thick, solid beige head. Full of roasted malt aroma (dark chocolate, roasted coffee). Our imperial stout is creamy and medium-saturated. The taste brings a repetition of chocolate, coffee and some tobacco. Rather sweet, with some bitter notes from british hops. It’s well-balanced example of british style imperial stout. 25°

Butelka pod Arkadami w Opolu. Wyglad - nieprzejrzyscie czarne, oleiste, z obraczka. Aromat - jest sos sojowy, jest troche kawy, likier, kukulki, czarny chleb. Smak - duzo kawy, mocna palonosc, ziemistosc nawet, ten sos sojowy troche wychodzi w tle. Nasycenie srednio niskie.

Bottle [from trade with NameBeer00] shared with Joes and Judyvv. Opaque black color, average sized beige to light brown colored head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, hints of vanilla, cocoa powder and coffee, mocha. Flavor is similar: malts, again hints of vanilla, cocoa powder again or ’fake chocolate’, mocha I think before I’d say coffee. I would expect a more earthy, dusty texture with that but that’s not in there. Initially sweetish, somewhat bitter and malt bitter finish. Smooth texture, medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.

Palate was full bodied and lightly oily with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, sweetness, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had chocolate, burnt malts and bitterness. A well done and balanced imperial stout.
