COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mr. Hard’s Rocks is the most powerful stout on brewer’s offer. Deep black, totally unclear with thick, solid beige head. Full of roasted malt aroma (dark chocolate, roasted coffee). Our imperial stout is creamy and medium-saturated. The taste brings a repetition of chocolate, coffee and some tobacco. Rather sweet, with some bitter notes from british hops. It’s well-balanced example of british style imperial stout. 25°

Bottle shared in Warsaw. Pours clear deep brown with a small, creamy topping. The aroma holds well toasted malts, baking cocoa, some scorched earth, raisins. Medium sweet flavour with hearty chocolate, some muddy earth, baking cocoa, fudge. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, good depth, bitter cocoa, mossy earth, leathery aged berries. Good one.

Riktigt gott.

Butelka z datą do 10.02.2017. Alkohol lekko rozgrzewa. Bardzo fajne, mega złożone piwo.

Piwo w kolorze czarnym nalewa sie z dosc obfita drobnopecherzykowa piana. W aromacie bogactwo kawy, orzechow w czekoladzie i szlachetnego alkoholu. W smaku mamy ponadto nuty palone, suszona sliwka, wanilia i nuty drewna. Niskie wysycenie i intensywna goryczka. Piwo zaskoczylo mnie bardzo pozytywnie.

Bottle 330ml, ca 20zł. Pours black, thin beige head invisible after a while (just a broken film). Nose is a paradise- liquors, pralines, hot chocolate and pure cacao powder, coffee and hints of wood and nuts. Mouths is as well rich, well-balanced and multi-dimensional. Rich tones of coffee, chocolate are well-presented, or even pimped, by phenomenal oiliness, creamy consistence. Some secondary accents of Śliwowica (traditional Polish plum brandy) and tobacco ash. Booziness is unnoticeable. Some little carbonation does exist, but it doesnt disturb. It’s worthy waiting for an extrapleasant aftertaste (raisins, vanilla and wood along those liquorish, chocolate aromas) that last forever. Note: Beer 33 days after best before, kept in room temperature. Seems no negative impact- I can’t find the soy sauce. Some little honey aromas in nose only. Overall: This beer is more than well-done. No defects, nothing to point out negalively. Anything better than that would just be a world class masterpiece.
