16.9floz (500ml) bottle, no date, $4, imperial glass. Aroma is of lily flowers from a level white head atop a hazy gold body. I don't want to say it, but I get a hairspray taste from this beer. It's not as extreme as some Belgian style ales. This one is a tad hoppier than traditional saisons/farmhouse ales. Basically it's like drinking light grain alcohol infused with mild botanicals. Body is medium-full, carbonation is moderate, and finishes with a bitterness that lingers as saltine and a not quite sour milk taste. There is some good and some not good with this beer, which evens out to a decent American Belgian style golden ale.

(draught) very hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of vanilla, honeymelon and lemongrass, rather bretty, with a touch of lime and bonfire smoke. flavour is more vanilla and doughy malts, very perfumed, with lots of candle wax, some autumn foliage and a rather tannic moist wood finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Pours deep orange with a good foamy head. Leaving nice persistent lacings. Nose is light hoppy and sourish, sweet mango and gummy bears. Sorachi Ace? Makes sense when you look at the name. Taste is mildly hoppy, fruity melon and pear. Lime and ginger. Good balance, I like how all these Prairie beers feel somewhat sourish and still well hopped and smooth, elegantly drinkable.

Bottle split at CBC Islington, thanks to LKS, 26/04/17. Hazed golden orange with a big white covering. Nose is peach, straw, candied fruit peel, spice, orange rinds, grains. Taste comprises light funk, apricot jam, peach yoghurt, stale bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light Sorachi kick. Decent.
