Potlatch is an American farmhouse ale brewed with mosaic hops. The beer is intensely dry hopped and conditioned with brettanomyces for major tropical fruit flavors. This beer was brewed in our facility in Tulsa, as well as at De ‘proef’ brouwerij in Belgium by Omnipollo.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Guinn’s house thanks to Casey. Wow! This is a fantastic beer. Pours a crystal clear golden yellow with one finger of white head. Aromas are slightly funky with some grass and wet hay. Slight floral notes. Brett is evident. Really super nice!

This poured a semi.hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma was of Brett mainly, bandaidy and lemon lime. Flavor was almost burnt rubber and hot dog water. Just weird.

Clear golden colour, firm white head. Aroma of grass, weed, tropical fruits, lots of hops. Bitter hoppy flavour, mango, passion fruit, Nelson Sauvin, white wine, light sweet malts. Finish malts, hops, white wine, hint yeast.

From tap. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and light estery. Smooth fruity, mango and passion fruity. Smooth and crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity and smooth into the far finish.

Bottle: Hazy, cloudy, bright & slightly burnt yellow with a foamy, semi-chunky bone white head. Aroma is a total Brett bomb. Musty, funky pineapple, apple skin, mildewy wood, old cheesecloth, mild sweat. Light, underlying floral notes, ashy hops. Faint fruitiness, hard to discern anything specifically. Just loads & loads of brettanomyces. Taste is the same way. Funky as hell, huge yeasty & Brett-loaded flavor. Huge wood & wet oak character from front to back, like sipping on a cup of wood chips at times. Very dry, not much tartness has developed (yet, anyway) from the yeast. Earthy, almost dirty finish with light flowers on the tongue. Dry, thin, sharp, crisp, heavily carbonated. This one smelled a little better than it tasted... Decent, but a little too much Brett without any counterpoint. Maybe some time will sour it up a bit.

Bottle thanks jake. Yellow hazy pour with white head. Nice tart fruit and grassy funk aromas. Really nice grassy, herbal and tart flavors.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass light golden, small head. Mild sourish aroma. Starts mild, almost a bit washy, more and more malty, some dry-bitter notes. Finish boring malty. Not my favourite.
