Tessic (1159) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2015
This ale poured a golden yellow colour with an off white foamy head. Scents include hand soap, ripe fruit, pineapple and cream. First swig was quite thin and watery. Flavours of ripe fruit and cereal most prominant. Finish is a little bitter with citrus hop flavours lingering...

Pour is a hazy yellow with a huge white head that grows after the pour is complete. Aroma is dough malt with creamy yeast and finishes with some citrus. Flavor is much more spicy and peppery than the aroma lets on. I also get some herbal hop with a big finish of white pepper. The was a very nice and flavorful low alcohol saison.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Hazy yellow color with white head. Malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma, floral, citrusy fruity, funky, herbal, spicy. Sweet and biter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at International Tap House, pours a hazy gold with a thin head and a little bit of lacing, the aroma has a decent amount of orange and zest mixed in with a little fit of funk, the flavor has a zesty front end with again some funk in the finish, not sour but different, not bad, crushable if hot.

Tap @Black Door. Clear golden color. Small size, white head, stays. Old shoes, but also white wine, some chardonnay and bit plastic in aroma. Plastic, leather, white wine and some branches in taste. No carbonation, flat. Leather in aftertaste. Dull and bland. Naah.

changeup45 (1731) - Lake Mary, Florida, USA - OCT 23, 2015
Had this on tap a while back at World of Beer. I seem to like everything I try from Prairie. This was hazy gold with a white head on top. Tangerine and apricot fruit flavors collide with funky dust notes, yeast, and a vibrant crisp, dry finish. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Keg (Black Door, Helsinki)
Chevrette aroma, dusty, dirty, sweet apricot, some white wine/grape, a little mouldy, some sickliness. Taste more grapey and winey, simple malts. Rough dirty palate, want to scrape my tongue. Finish has some pleasant barley, that’s the best phase, but it’s too late to fix it.

on tap at the taphouse in copenhagen. hazed yellow with a thin head; aroma of bubble gum, stables, plenty of saison yeast character; lightly citric, cough drops, quite synthetic; curious and pretty good
