Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

Bottle to glass. Aroma is incredible. Chocolate, coffee, vanilla and a hint of chilli. All come through in the aroma. Coffee was strongest but as it warmed the vanilla really came through. Coffee is the dominant taste but chocolate is noticeable in the finish. I was missing the chilis but half way through I could feel a little burn. Perfectly carbonated medium mouthfeel. Really well done.

Bottled. Pours dark with a quickly disappearing off white head. Aroma is rich chocolate and a kick of pepper. I usually dont like spiced beers but the pepper balances out the richness of the coffee and chocolate Really amazing.

On draft at Hop Cat. Pours the color of black coffee with little head, very mild carbonation and almost syrupy mouthfeel but not too viscous. Strong coffee and vanilla aroma. Sweet coffee and cacao flavor initially, rounds out with bitter coffee grounds. Honestly, this is a fantastic beer and dangerously smooth and drinkable at 13%abv. However, if innovation were a scale, it wouldnt score as high in my book - these flavors have been done before; Prairie just does them extremely well.

JEZUSKU JAKIE TO DOBRE! Mega złożone, dość słodko, wanilia, kawa z mlekiem, owoce leśne,kakao, w posmaku zostaje papryczka Piękna sprawa, przepyszne piwo, chyba najlepszy RIS bez beczki

Bottled 355ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko, thanks. Pitch black, small to medium sized brown head, chocolate and whiff of chili in the nose. Chocolate mousse with notes of chili, vanilla and dry coffee. Some wood presence with mild chili burn in the finish. Well balanced and enjoyable brew, so far the best of my 2017 beer ratings.

Quite a fun imperial stout, mischievous without being mean, spicy without being hot. Pours a viscous, deep black with little head, and the aroma offers up chocolate and coffee and a little vinous dark fruit underneath. Taste hits you with normal impy stout massiveness at first, thick and roasty and heavy, dark chocolate on licorice on bitter coffee with a mild fig-raisin back end. The coffee perks up right around the same time as the vanilla, creating a bold yet smooth sweetness that remains dry thanks to the hop-laced java bitterness. Anchos are the key, though: vegetal pepper rounds ouf the middle of the beer, and a mild but tangible Scoville kick makes the fade a fun little shindig. Finds a wonderful balance between dry, sweet, and spicy. Friggin awesome, in other words.
