Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on espresso beans, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chile peppers. All the flavors meld to create a truly unique beer. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to compliment the intense coffee and chocolate flavors.

On tap. Pours jet black with a light brown head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, peppers and booze. Taste starts earthy which is followed by a medley of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and hints of pepper in the back of the throat. Goddamn tasty and super smooth considering the ABV.

The aroma is not as enticing as I want it to be, but the flavors are insanely good. I really enjoy the whackiness of the upfront spice and chocolate with the mix of the coffee.

Aroma is huge: sweet chocolate, hazelnut, vanilla waffles, marzipan. Engine oil consistency in a full body and soft carbonation. Taste follows the nose and is potent as fuck. Sweet and spicy from the chili. Everything is balanced: the vanilla sweetness, the chili spiciness and the roasted malts. In your face aroma and taste. An absolute beast.

Bottle. Color: Pitch black, no head. Taste: An earthy explosion of espresso, dark chocolat and notes of vanilla in your mouth. Lightly hints of peppers, luckily not overwhelming at all. Bit boozy, but less than expected for a 13 percent beer. Overall a full body and all the flavors are very well balanced. Also remarkable mild for an imperial stout, no harsh flavors. Very nice beer to enjoy slow sipping at a relaxing moment.

Bottle 335ml. Fine ! But a little pricey to buy.

W aromacie dominują papryczki. W smaku sporo wanilii, trochę takiej deserowej czekolady i na koniec trochę. Fajnie zrównoważone.

W aromacie czuć kawę, czekoladę, praliny, wanilię i dość mocno papryczkę chilli. W smaku świetny balans miedzy słodyczą i goryczką.

Pours deep black with a small tan head which quickly reduces to lacing. Smells of Chocolate and Vanilla, with some coffee as well and just heavy like any 13% beer. Heavy mouthfeel with maybe a little above average carbonation for a stout. Bursting with flavors of vanilla, chocolate and expresso. Finishes with a slight burn and peperish tingle that makes it more interesting than boozy. Nice to drink slow on a cold night, probably with a cigar if you’re into that stuff.
