Bottle from the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Poured into a snifter. Nice golden yellow pour with a haze. Solid one plus finger head. Awesome citrus, apricot, brett and farmhouse aroma. The taste was solid brett and saison yeasts, malts, apricots, leather, earth and barnyard. Clean, crisp finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. Light body. Very very good.

Bottle from Knightky Spirits Windermere. Nose is lovely fruit forward, barnyard, and yeasty. Hazy straw orange foamy head. Tastes great of florals, stone fruit, pineapple, barnyard, yeasty, some lime. Dry and fruity. Really good hit the spot, I suppose I’ve been slumming it lately so this was nice pick me up.

PhillyCraft (8202) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 17, 2017
Bottle shared, golden color without much head. Notes are unfortunately infected with dead brett, bicycle rust, and oak. Will try again when fresh or maybe this was just bad but I doubt that.

DuffMan (10772) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 22, 2017
Bottle, shared with Parksy. Hazy light yellow gold. Pleasant tart fruit and delicate florals, light and elegant for an 8% beer. Finish is lightly tart and dry. Very good.

16.9floz (500ml) bottle, code imprinted means something as to freshness, but it isn’t easy to decipher, paid $4.50 on sale, poured contents into a tulip glass. The golden body has a slight haziness as bubbles rush to support a moderate amount of froth. Smells like cheesy flowers. The effervescent mouthfeel hides the ABV well, and lets the white peach and floral flavors to shine. A very good saison.
