Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Colin. Murky dark brown beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Airy light palate. Big brett. Touches of fruit and light malts but this is a brett bomb! Light finish.
Bottle. Cloudy dark brown color, medium tan head. Aroma of funky and duty cocoa on toast. Taste is barnyard and roast, interesting combo.

Bottle shared late night RBWG. Murky golden-brown pour with a creamy beige head. Poopy brett on the aroma with nips of ripe tropical fruits. Medium sweet flavor, strong brett character, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Further brett funk in the finish, light bitter hay, tangerine. Nice beer. Dunkel hopfiger Antrunk, wässrig röstig. Hopfiger werdend, sonst aber recht langweilig, eng grasig, auch im weiteren Verlauf immer wieder wässrig. 10/9/8/8//8 Theydon_Bois (19193) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2014

Extremely dark mahogany brown with a good sized tan covering that retains
Nose is dark fruit rinds, bretty pangs, funk’o’clock, spice, root liqourice, dark toffee rinse.
Taste comprises dark berry fruit, liqourice, brett, light roast, spice, Ribena berries, funky rinse.
Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid enough stuff. mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 16, 2014
500mL bottle, pours black with a thick brown head. Nose brings out some barnyard funk, leather, and some roasted malt. Flavour brings out lots of barnyard funk and leather just the same, with the leather really show-casing later on in the palate. There are also some roasted notes, along with lots of brett. Really well-balanced, with zero residual sweetness. ABV is hidden extremely well. Another excellent beer from Prairie. yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 25, 2013
On tap at the Hay Merchant. More or less black this one, and topped by a dense, finger thick light beige head. The aroma has a nice citrus touch, saison yeast, roasted malts and a faint funky hint. Pine cones and resin notes, some very faint hints our coffee too. It’s dry on the palate, perhaps a bit thin on the palate, but with a nice carbonation level. Some bitterness in the flavor, tropical fruit notes, green pine cones, saison yeast, French I assume, and some roasted malts. Long finish. Except for the mouthfeel, it’s really nice. On the other hand though, it’s dangerously drinkable at 8 percent. 130825
