COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Funky Gold Mosaic is a dry-hopped sour ale. We took Prairie Gold and dry-hopped it with a huge amount of Mosaic hops. The end results are tropical, sour, and an all around new beer drinking experience! This beer is great fresh, but will continue to develop as the wild yeast continues to work in the beer.

Bottle to glass. Pours a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is hoppy, pine, funky, citrus, grass. Taste is hoppy with pine notes and a solid bitterness, pairs well with a tart salinity. Hints of yeast and pepper. Very enjoyable! Palate is light body, medium heavy carbonation. Very good on a hot summer day! Nom nom nom.

From Crowler. Pours hazy dark gold with slight head. Aroma of mango, grain, and brett. Intense and starts sweet and goes very sour, with a good dry finish. Could have used a touch more carbonation but overall very good.

Aroma:
Medium aroma of malts, wheat, tropical fruit, hops, citrus and brettanomyces.

Appearance:
Opaque yellow/gold beer with a slight/medium white/off-white head.

Taste/Palate:
Starts medium sweet with malts, wheat and tropical fruit; ends slightly? bitter, dry and sour with hops, citrus and brettanomyces.

Overall:
This beer is intense, complex and balanced. Wow what a perfect sour edge in the finish of this beer. Great mosaic flavour as well. Feels like there is some Belgian yeast in it as well and its works.

Pale, hazy. Lemony sour aroma. Fruity body, some funky crotchy aspects. Light palate. Nice bitter finish, gentle hops. OK.

Couldnt catch a lot of dry hop, but as a beer was nice, well balanced and enjoyable. Crisp citrusy, some tropical fruits with some herbal hop impact. Light sweetness with moderate tartness. Liked.

Bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Hamar. Golden body with a slight haze, slowly diminishing white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Juicy fruity taste, mid-dry. Ripe lemony taste profile that also carries impact of yeasty fruits, brett and oily hops. Tart and dry fruity ending. Well bodied. Refreshing cleanser, without greater excitements. Dużo ananasa i nafty, trochę białego wina i limonki w aromacie. Niestety po pewnym czasie wychodzi trochę nieprzyjemna kiszonka w aromacie. Poza tym wszystko bardzo dobrze tu gra.

Bottle. Clear pee color. Not much in the nose. A highly tart and crisp ale. Medium body and big bodied taste. Cant really taste the hop but you know its there...there is an earth backbone that makes this taste more like beer. But it is still very sour. Yummy.
