Bottle. Pours a very hazy yellow with a big, bubbly head. Ugly! Aroma is very fruity with grapefruit, tart apples, mango, pineapple, hops, yeast, slight dry spice. Taste is dry, but still fruity. Slight sweet grainy notes, some tart fruity notes, but in general very dry! Average to high carbonation, light body.

JoePeesie (925) - Long Lake, Illinois, USA - MAY 24, 2015
Pours a murky yellowish brown with tons of fluffy white head. This bottle was about a year old, but I knew that going in. Hops were muted, but the beer was exactly as I hoped it would. Great table beer on a muggy Indy day.

unclemike (3160) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - MAY 19, 2015
. Pours clear golden with a massive white head and a fruit and bread aroma. There is a pleasantly sour pilsner malt flavor with a little fruitiness and a firm yeast presence. Dry on the palate and quite refreshing.

A heavily hazed, opaque second pour, vibrant pineapple juice body supports a tall, frothy-tight white head which slowly dissipates to a frothy ring with a rounded falling peninsula of lace

Aromas and flavors are very complimentary with smooth gradation and medium intensity, mild tartness, bright and juicy tropical, funk of the dusty basement variety, white grape skin, cantaloupe, subtle white pepper, mineral, and leafy hop accents, all on a soft, frothy-creamy medium body showing rounded, tickling carbonation which leads to a mild burst of juiciness, residuals of the previously mentioned components, the tropics shift a bit to introduce mango and nectarine on the residual which work further into the flavor and aroma with warmth, very enjoyable, 12 more servings please

1 pint .9 Fl. Oz., labeled as 7.5% Alc by Vol., bottle code 00241A2 16:14 01615 served at 45-55º into 14.7 oz Zwiesel Cognac snifter
