Lots of horse blanket and tartness on the nose. Riding the line between saison and gueuze. Got some of the yeast so color was turkey gravy with a large pillowy white head. Flavor definitely has the saison pepper with a great funky tartness.

Hazy yellow pour with a giant white fluffy head. Aromas of pickle juice, vinegar and wet hay. Taste is tart and funky upfront with obvious earthy notes. Very peppery and mild hop, dry finish. Interesting brew from an interesting brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled at 2014 RBWG Grand Tasting. My notes describe the aroma using words like Sinky cheese, feet, and musty, but mean it in a god way. I swear. Lots of wild, funky aromas and flavors, plus some grassy, bright hops. Pretty darn enjoyable...

Bottle pour hazy light lemon yellow. Nose tart funk with some lemon and some yeast. Faint band aid. Taste sharp tardiness up front followed by citrus. Some funk on the finish. Nose got worse as it warmed up.
