Bottle shared at Bruce’s I’m London - big thanks to Bruce for this beer. Pours unclear yellow with a fine, frothy white head. Nose has lots of juicy citrus fruits, grapefruit, melon, peach, orange. Light sweet flavor with decent funk, a bit of melon, slight bitter citrus rind. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Clean and funky to finish, some armpit, basement, more citrus, rindy bitterness. Tasty and pretty dynamic. Advocate_Ames (635) - Steubenville, Ohio, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Pours a cloudy golden with a foaming sticky head. The aroma is pleasantly hopped, citrus, mildly malted, and a light yeast scent. I tasted grains, mild bitterness, yeast, and a weak citrus fruit funk. Overall a very good beverage. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Amazingly cloudy orange. Light yeasty hay scents. Smooth wet start, then the flavor hits like a firework, a blast of sour funk that changes in to a hop finish. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Extremely murky straw colored pour with a fluffy ivory crown that left spots of lacing inside the glass. Assertive, both in aroma and flavor with lemon zest, grapefruit pith, tart unripened fruit, funk, and a buttermilk biscuit note. A bit of pepper and spice. Nicely executed beer! Gift from Tim Gannon. Thanks Buddy. Nice bright fruit flavors, with hints of funk, bread and herbs. Some spice and sour notes as well, all blended to perfection.

Bottle. Straw to yellow color, very cloudy, foamy white head. Aroma is sour, stinky lemon, light tropical. Taste is earthy hops, sour lemon, light toasted grain, citrus, bitterness. jkwood04 (5463) - Connecticut, USA - OCT 7, 2013
750ml corked bottle in a tulip. Pours bright, hazy copper/golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of spicy yeast and light fruits, a nice floral and spicy hop note, and light pale malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything, with it all complimenting the other ingredients. Average texture. A good beer. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - OCT 6, 2013
It’s off putting and appealing at the same time. If your looking for something unusual this qualifies. If you worship Saison’s avoid it. I you love big hops get it. Very very hoppy farmhouse Saison. Kinda stinky aroma. Very cloudy straw yellow pour, with a big white head and nice lacing. Guava, great tropical fruit flavor, pineapple, lemon zest, hay, big fresh NS hops, a dusty dryness, and some brett for sure. Quite enjoyable, Merica, f-k yeah! Be careful....be very careful. beerbaaron (1998) - Arizona, USA - OCT 5, 2013
Pours cloudy light orange yellow. Large frothy white head. Great, delicate wafting aroma. Yeast, floral, white wine, fruity, citrus, lemon, barnyard. Flavor follows. Lovely. Great taste. Medium body. Complex character all around with great balance. Nice carbonation. Finish is fruity, dry, light peppery, soft hop bitterness. Love it. MarinEvelyn (854) - Wisconsin, USA - OCT 5, 2013
sweet citrus lemon floral hops. Yeast. Very light but strong. Some white wine. Taste is spot on to the aroma. Everything is so pronounced but blended so well there’s not too much of one Taste. Very nice. Leaves my tongue tingling.
