Very good beer with Pizza. It’s light and not overwhelming. This is a great beer for those transitioning from wine to beer and vice versa krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Amazingly cloudy orange. Light yeasty hay scents. Smooth wet start, then the flavor hits like a firework, a blast of sour funk that changes in to a hop finish. MarinEvelyn (854) - Wisconsin, USA - OCT 5, 2013
sweet citrus lemon floral hops. Yeast. Very light but strong. Some white wine. Taste is spot on to the aroma. Everything is so pronounced but blended so well there’s not too much of one Taste. Very nice. Leaves my tongue tingling. Beachmaster (558) - Oklahoma, USA - OCT 22, 2016
Bottle into a tulip. Pours a hazy light yellow, with a big white head that lasts. Nose is bubble gum, banana, and cloves. Taste is dry, slightly tart, with a long, long finish. Variation on the classic saison taste. The wine yeast and Brett give it a very well-balanced, juicy taste. Touch of funk on the finish tops it off. Outstanding. Taste amazing, fresh smooth lemony zest beautiful fluorescent flavor. Finish is medium length and super smooth, no hop harshness whatsoever. One of the best ipas I have ever had. Amazing.

Pours cloudy light orange yellow. Large frothy white head. Great, delicate wafting aroma. Yeast, floral, white wine, fruity, citrus, lemon, barnyard. Flavor follows. Lovely. Great taste. Medium body. Complex character all around with great balance. Nice carbonation. Finish is fruity, dry, light peppery, soft hop bitterness. Love it. mcberko (17840) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 26, 2013
500mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a large white head. Nose is exquisite, bringing out shitloads of barnyard funk, a little wheat, and a little citrus - huge funk dominating. Flavour is just as exquisite, with tons of barnyard funk, a little wheat, and some dry bitter hops. Hugely funky, with a bone dry, semi-peppery mouthfeel. Amazing depth to this and highly drinkable. Exceptional. Swillbur (62) - Arizona, USA - MAR 18, 2013
I soon as a crack this beer the hop aroma is insane, have yet to even pour beer and it smells like heaven. Pours crystal clear and with a nice amount of head. Flavors are right inline with the aromas. Lots of kiwi and pineapple, more hop flavors then malt but it works very well. YUM BobFrapples (50) - Bryan, Texas, USA - JUL 28, 2013
A most unusual beer. There's so much going on with the aroma that its overwhelming. Sweet basil, lemon verbena, citronella, over ripened mangoes, and the sour musk of ferrel yeast. Taste is equally complex and beautiful. I would describe it as one of the best beers I've ever tasted but the proper words fail me. Kind of like an orange crush ice cream float with grand marnier garnished with mint and basil.

A very, very nice example of the style. Poured a nice hazy golden color with a whispy head. Tons of spice across the palate.
