Bottle, bought from Bierkompass in March 2014.
Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of floral hops, grass, brett, some light pepper and citrus. Similar taste. A bit sweet and with a bitter finish. A descent one.

Citric, pine apple, crisp, yellow sugar, hay. Really nice, bit eccentric. Very balanced between bitterness, sweet and sours. Oozes quality. Great drink, especially in a small sipping quantity. (2

Poured into a teku showing an extremely light straw yellow with a a finger and a half of clean white foam.
The nose shows a lot of brett and funky barnyard aromas. Hints of lemon juice and pineapple also appear.
The palate is medium bodied and highly carbonated. Flavors of brett but very little tartness. The barnyard flavors permeate the entire beer. Very subtle flavors of pineapple begin to appear until a light to moderate bitterness interrupts. This bitterness and the barnyard flavors seem to prevent realizing any of the beer’s fruit flavors. piscator34 (2541) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 8, 2015
On draft. Hazy pale gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of coriander, cream of wheat breakfast cereal and white pepper. More wheat and lemony coriander notes in the mouth, backed by a more vague spicy Belgian yeast note and a bit of bubblegum. Heavy wit beer like body, but with enough sharp spice notes to balance things out. Still not as dry as I typically like my saisons, but still quite good overall.

No head. No carbonation. Hazy golden pour. Easy drinking saison. well done. CapFlu (5128) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 6, 2015
Popped out of the bottle with a burst of foaming head. Pours a white, very frothy head atop a cloudy yellow gold body. Nose is yeasty and peppery. Very lemony, peppery yeast. Very refreshing. Purchased at Metro Liquors University Heights for ~$13. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - FEB 3, 2015
Opaque yellow with a pillowy white head. Enticing aromas of spicy yeast esters. Lively carbonation; effervescent; light, bright and clean. Zinger notes of lemon, flowers, spices, pepper and herbs. Just the right amount of yeast funkiness to give it depth. Aftertaste is dry and moderately bitter. Tremendously delicious and refreshing saison. lamas (1642) - Washington DC, USA - FEB 1, 2015
500mL bottle. A hazy old gold pour with a massively thick and fizzy off-white head. The yeasty, slightly funky aroma features lots of zesty citrus rinds, lemon juice, oranges, pears, candi sugar, pepper, coriander, cheese, dried apricots, and old pineapples - complex to say the least. Goes down thin to medium-bodied and bubbly. Pears and candi sugar upfront in the taste. A yeasty, sharp cheesy Brett middle. Zesty citrus rinds, oranges, and lemons at the end. Funky with some pepper, vinous notes, and just a touch of warming alcohol the whole way through. Quality. RumRunner101 (918) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 24, 2015
Cloudy golden pour with a persistent, thick white head. Aromas of grass, citrus, spices, yeast. Belgian yeast, funk, pepper, citrus flavours. Dry. Great.
