500ml bottle thanks to Darrel. Pours out a hazy pale straw topped with a small head. Nose is funk barnyard horse blanket and some spice. Taste is as the nose with the barnyard and some citrus notes. Anova167 (391) - Manhattan Beach, California, USA - AUG 23, 2014
Blasting cherry pie Brett aroma as soon as you pop the cap. Also the beer comes blasting out as well as this is massively carbed. Huge pillowy lacy head. Nice golden color. Big cherry aroma from the glass with some sweet fruit as well. The horsey earthy Brett flavor dominates along with some peppery notes. Hints of tropical fruit come out more as it warms. Love Brett, love this beer. djd07 (16298) - Houston, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2014
Bottle thanks to Casey. Pours a cloudy yellow with large white frothy head that leaves good sticky lacing. The aroma is strong yeast, funk, brett. Medium mouthfeel with nice wheat, brett, oak, and light dry finish. Very good. Borup (15943) - Albertslund, DENMARK - AUG 17, 2014

On tap at Scratch Bar 090814. Possibly the best Saison I have had. Soft white head covers a well carbonated golden amber beer. The flavour is full on and fills the mouth with tropical fruit, lingering long in the mouth well after the beer is gone.

500 ml bottle. Served in a Unibroue tulip, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with an inch and a half white head. Both the head retention and lacing are good. The brew smells like yeast, hay, citrus (mostly lemon), pear, bready malt, and peppery spice. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there’s the addition of some bubblegum, minerals, white grapes, and some brett. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s smooth and it’s well carbonated. It’s a good, lightly tart saison. Certainly worth trying if you’ve never had it before, it’s a good brew. PriorL (3068) - Gent, BELGIUM - AUG 8, 2014
Bottle at S&G tasting.
APPEARANCE: light clouded blond beer, nice stable white head.
NOSE: hoppy, citrus, dry.
TASTE: hoppy, citrus, dry, very nice. stoutnick (843) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - AUG 7, 2014
UPDATED: AUG 11, 2014 Cloudy pale. Aroma is tangy yeast, very mild spice, but still some brightness on the nose - lemony. Taste is juicy! Very nice mild spice, mild tang, very drinkable and sessional for a big saison. Perhaps a little too sweet on the finish (lingers), but not much citrus on the flavour which works well. Overall, a delicious saison here. scottbmunro (4) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - AUG 1, 2014 does not count
Bottle from Thirsty Dawg in Houlton, MA. Nice summer saison that seemed to have all the right qualities. Not sure what those are yet but tastes like what I think a saison should taste like. Golden color, good carbonation, peppery and refreshing. However, I think the bottle might have been a bit old when I bought it. There was a hint of sourness that I'm not sure was supposed to be there. That and there was enough left over yeast in the bottom that I think I could have probably started my next batch of home brew with it.
