On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Distinct aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, wine yeast, lemons and green and black peppercorns. The flavour is medium dry, a slight acidity but not really sour, distinctly yeasty, with loads of green and black peppercorns. Not very bitter. Unusual and interesting, but maybe too yeasty? The first beer they brewed and still one of their flagships with a goal of being a super dry saison. It pours an inviting mellow gold with a thick creamy white head of foam that lingers. The nose is exactly what I want out of a saison funk, fruits, spice & everything nice. Lively carbonation that sparkles in your mouth. The taste is much funkier/earthier than I was expecting. It has a sweet tart fruity quality that morphs into a Brett like sour funk with a super-dry finish(take that Asahi!). A decent Belgian style saison with a nice aroma. willisread (3644) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 17, 2015
Bottle from Tanakaya. Poured into a Duvel snifter. Hazy gold color with a minimal white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, brett, yeast, and pineapple on the nose. Tart at first then the sweetness jumps out on the palate leading to a dry finish that is a bit boozy. Creamy mouthfeel with a slightly thin mouthfeel. There is a little pepper that stands out as well but mellows as it warms up to room temperature. This is a very complex saison with a lot going on, but it manages to stay together well. chimpgibbon (560) - London, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 17, 2015
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2015 Keg at CBC. Slight sweetness, good brett yeast presence, deep mix of tropical and citrus fruit. Medium dry palate. Solid. UXO (1922) - CANADA - APR 14, 2015
Pours slightly hazy to cloudy and particulate-laden pale gold with two fingers of pillowy white head, good retention and spotty lacing. (4/5) Nose is light yet complex, sweet and yeasty Belgian triple-like tones with light brett funk, wheat, citrus. (8/10) Taste is moderate sweet, mild bitter, slightly tart and black pepper spice. (8/10) Light to medium body, lively carbonation, dry bitter and slightly boozy finish. (4/5)
A very nice saison - just the right balance of sweet and yeasty Belgian tripel character, with funky cellar brett notes. Light, dry, and fairly crisp, with just a little alcohol heat in the finish, and the use of Saaz hops gives a little black pepper heat as well. Even-handed and well-balanced. (16/20)

Pours hazy golden, looking quite a bit like your average hefeweizen.
Lots of grapes and freshness in the nose. Also gives off a lot of wheat-sweetness vibes.
Taste is quite a bit like dry white wine and grapes, yet with a lot of the sweetness of the weizbeer in it.
Nice, full bitternes to balance it out. dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - APR 12, 2015
Hazy golden with a big white growing head. Brett sons with fruity pineapple. Fruity flavors of pineapple and citrus, brett, wheat. Really nice beer, that I wish I had bought more of. Klimaet (3020) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - APR 5, 2015
Bottle. Pours hazy light orange with a big frothy head. Aroams of brett, lemon zest, orange, citrus, wheat, light spices, pineapple, some pepper. Taste is bretty, wheaty, peppery, grassy, citrus, orange, pineapple, orange peel, grapey, white wine-like notes. RW80 (2747) - Hoogeveen, NETHERLANDS - MAR 28, 2015
500ml bottle.. Which opens with a really nasty gusher. Which means 1/3 was gone !
Appearance: Huge foamy white head on top of hazy straw yellow body. But for some reason it does not last.
Aroma: Sour funk, wine tones, brett. I know it should be funky but this very sourness is close, something went wrong.
Taste: Odd sourness, some herbal hop bitterness and a grainy malt sweetness. with some brett and spicey yeast in the finish complex. But there are quite some sour tones there which say something went wrong.
thin-medium body, average carbonation.
A bit dissapointing and there are some signs even taking what it supposed to be which suggest this is a off bottle. 20107589 (748) - randers, DENMARK - MAR 27, 2015
