UPDATED: MAY 6, 2015 Keg at CBC. Slight sweetness, good brett yeast presence, deep mix of tropical and citrus fruit. Medium dry palate. Solid. UXO (1896) - CANADA - APR 14, 2015
Pours slightly hazy to cloudy and particulate-laden pale gold with two fingers of pillowy white head, good retention and spotty lacing. (4/5) Nose is light yet complex, sweet and yeasty Belgian triple-like tones with light brett funk, wheat, citrus. (8/10) Taste is moderate sweet, mild bitter, slightly tart and black pepper spice. (8/10) Light to medium body, lively carbonation, dry bitter and slightly boozy finish. (4/5)
A very nice saison - just the right balance of sweet and yeasty Belgian tripel character, with funky cellar brett notes. Light, dry, and fairly crisp, with just a little alcohol heat in the finish, and the use of Saaz hops gives a little black pepper heat as well. Even-handed and well-balanced. Pours hazy golden, looking quite a bit like your average hefeweizen.
Lots of grapes and freshness in the nose. Also gives off a lot of wheat-sweetness vibes.
Taste is quite a bit like dry white wine and grapes, yet with a lot of the sweetness of the weizbeer in it.
Nice, full bitternes to balance it out. dresden (1581) - Saskatchewan, CANADA - APR 12, 2015

500ml bottle.. Which opens with a really nasty gusher. Which means 1/3 was gone !
Appearance: Huge foamy white head on top of hazy straw yellow body. But for some reason it does not last.
Aroma: Sour funk, wine tones, brett. I know it should be funky but this very sourness is close, something went wrong.
Taste: Odd sourness, some herbal hop bitterness and a grainy malt sweetness. with some brett and spicey yeast in the finish complex. But there are quite some sour tones there which say something went wrong.
thin-medium body, average carbonation.
A bit dissapointing and there are some signs even taking what it supposed to be which suggest this is a off bottle. 20107589 (748) - randers, DENMARK - MAR 27, 2015

Tap. Pours slight cloudy straw yellow with very typical big long-lasting brett white head. Aroma is nice and complex, yet light and delicious. Funky brett, wheat, citrus, sweet pineapple and apricot. Some saison spice, pepper and slight malt. Some apricot in there as well and slight sourness. Taste has the same complexity. Funky brett, wheat, malt, some sweet apricot candy, acidic lemon and bit sour. Well carbonated and full body due to the quite well hidden ABV. Dry brett finish with some spices, and some slight warming alcohol as it warms. Really drinkable! fkoolen (1183) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - MAR 21, 2015
Draught @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Hazy yellow colour, slim creamy white head. Brett dominates the nose, in the taste it’s less dominant with sweet and yeasty Belgian tripel tones coming through. Creamy mouthfeel, low carbonation and good body.
