Bottle into a tulip glass. Pours a cloudy straw yellow, with a huge white head that quickly fades. No lacing. Nose is citrus and funk. Taste is mild lemons with a funk finish. Very carbonated. Smooth, refreshing, pleasantly sour without becoming astringent. Very well balanced. Outstanding sour. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - JUL 7, 2015
Beautiful straw fruity funk sour aroma. It’s a very cloudy gold with a light white head. So light and refreshing with a lemon tartness over a light sour grain. Very refreshing light. dhunter151 (590) - Santa Rosa, California, USA - APR 7, 2013
Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a foamy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma: pear, lemon, yeast. Taste: lemon, very tart, grapefruit, yeast. Very tasty.

Pours an intensely cloudy straw color. White head that starts off quite vigorous, but ends abruptly. Nose smells like the ghetto of funkytown... Intense funk, cheese, KC and the sunshine band. Taste reveals this to be light on the sour but heavy in the funk. Some grape taste, some white pepper, some sweaty balls, but really, really funky. Not quite sour enough for my preferences, but seriously funky. A beautiful beer, no doubt. djd07 (14355) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 11, 2015
Bottle thanks to Eric. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong funk and lemon zest. Thin mouth strong tart lemon and nice funk, very light, lingering sourness, really enjoyed this one.

Pours an almost mead like gold with a small amount of head that thins out quickly. Smells a little sour and also sweet like cotton candy. Pretty sour upfront and dry with good carbonation. Nice example of a golden sour, can’t wait to try it with some fruit! JoeinDahlem (1501) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 4, 2013
Many farmhouse-style recipes dance around the white wine thing, but this one bolts straight for it with a certain amount of gusto. A tangy, fruity and dry sparkling blond ale with notes of tangerine and grapefruit, with a refreshing acidity and useful enough alcohol content. Wish I had drunk more of this when I had the chance. Too busy talking. Enough talk. More drink. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - NOV 15, 2013

Overall, the brett and sour funkiness is very prominent in this beer, solid first offering of an american wild ale.

I really good funky saison style. Light and crisp with an understated citrusyness. Picked this up in KS in 2015. Andrew196 (1853) - Katy, Texas, USA - DEC 8, 2015
A home run initially with a hazy straw color and monster white head. Aroma of earth, heavy barnyard, and tart citrus. Not as strong of a taste considering the powerful nose....much fruitier than I expected, lots of funk, sour fruits with a nice hoppy bite in the finish.
