UPDATED: JUN 11, 2016 Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a two-finger white head. The aroma is dense with tropical fruits and the taste really isn?t shy! The fruits are gathered along with the Belgian style foundation which I usually relate to sweetish boozy licorice, blending very well with the hops. One of the best hoped light beers I?ve had in a while. johnnnniee (4249) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 4, 2016

Just a touch of hazy in a light golden color with a huge frothy bone white head that shows great retention. Aromas of light earthy funk with bits of sweet citrus and caramel. Light bits of metal are a bit distracting. Decent brew. PanMarek (423) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 3, 2016
Dark golden pour with thick foam. Grassy aroma with elements of fruit. Mild yeasty / Belgian flavor with hoppy finish. If I had not know it ahead of time, I would not have identified it as a saison. It’s lacking the funky, barnyard aspects. Ptichou (15) - FRANCE - MAY 16, 2016
Very surprised by the taste of this beer. It is very aromatic, grassy. Ale very interesting HPDalen (376) - DENMARK - MAY 15, 2016
Farmhouse aroma (if there is such a thing), sweat and yeasty. Tones of pine and flowers. Pours hazy golden with a fine, frothy head. Quite complex in taste, sweat then bitter. Feels quite lively, not particularly long. Good beer.

Bottle from Biervana. A saison imitating to be Belgian, as promised: Sweet, some farmhouse, crisp but fine carbonation making it not quite as heavy as it might be, a bit oily. Quite bitter. Nice, but not terribly exciting by taste. glennmastrange (2859) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - APR 21, 2016
Bottle. Heavy grain and straw for the malt, moderate pine, grass and herbs for the hops, moderate barnyard and musty for the yeast, with notes of proseco, green apple and wood in the background. Head is huge, fizzy/frothy, white with a tan swirl at the end of the pour, which is crusty but doesn’t stick to the glass, and is mostly lasting. Color is murky medium amber. Flavor starts moderately acidic and faintly sweet, and finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is medium, slick with a fizzy carbonation and finishes lightly alcoholic and dry. The hop profile and the yeast component make a great mix of flavors and aromas in this superb Saison. puboflyons (3401) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - APR 17, 2016
From the 25 fl. oz. bottle. It is stamped but I can’t figure out the date it was bottled. Cloudy amber-orange color with a tremendous white foamy head. The aroma has some standard Belgian toasted malt and yeasty characters. But the yeast is a wild yeasty character like one would expect from a Saison. The fruit characters are not as prominent as the tasting notes imply. The body is light to medium. The taste has a little light fruit that feels overripe. The finish is mildly bitter.
