Prairie Hop is our hop driven saison. This beer is packed with Simcoe and Citra hops. Notes of peach, mango, and tangerine can be found in the flavor and aroma of this beer. The beer finishes dry which helps the hops jump out of the glass flavor wise.

Imagine reclining in a peach orchard, eating a juicy ripe mango in July...and you can almost smell this beer...there is a faint aroma of hops too, but after a taste the hoppiness rears to life! Amber cloud with a frothy head, this beer is yeasty, fruity, and above all, hoppy with a very dry finish. It is remarkably pleasant for being dry hopped! I might just forsake eating a mango in a peach orchard for another glass! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

[email protected], from Beer Republic. Medium, sour and yeasty though soft nuances of slightly overaged peach and citrus. A hint of tangerine. No malts detected. Lots of hops. Balanced with medium taste spectrum. Long, hoppy aftertaste with malts and some yeast. Medium/light body with medium/low carbonation. Overall, refreshing and bold, though could have more complex taste for this voltage.

0,355l Bottle from Beergium. Golden and a bit hazy color with quite a bit of head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, orange, fruitiness, yeast, malts, spices, hoppiness. Medium body and bitterness, fruity and a bit sweet taste with yeastiness, and is quite dry, aftertaste is hoppy and sweet. Mellow and pleasant to drink, balanced in malts and hops, and generally just well made.

Genialny smak, zero niepotrzebnych rzeczy.

355 ml bottle from BeerLovers.
Amber, hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of yeast, citrus, lemongrass, peach, straw, flowers, some dough, subtle young cheese.
Tastes similar, with some more herbs.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes dry, medium bitter, yeasty, hoppy, citric, floral, grainy, lingering piney.

Very nice. Hop- and yeast-forward, very fresh and crisp, the ABV is completely hidden. Very well balanced, with a pleasant dryness and lots of pine towards the finish. Great stuff, as always from Prairie.

Piana obfita, ale mydlana, gruba, szybko opada do chmurki. Barwa żółta, mętna. Aromat intensywnie mandarynkowy, brzoskwiniowy, z wyraźną nutą słodkich kandyzowanych owoców i przypraw. W smaku natomiast wytrawne, jednocześnie chmielowo cytrusowe, estrowo morelowe i fenolowo ziołowe.

Aroma of sweet clementine & bitter orange. Hazy orange with long lasting white head. Medium bitter taste. Medium body, creamy texture & average carbonation.
