16.9 ounce bottle. Served in a Prairie Teku, the beer pours a hazy amber/orange color with about an inch off-white head that fizzled away somewhat quickly. Not much lacing at all. Aroma is nice and tart, the brew smells like citrus peel, lime, apricot and some funk. The taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some grainy malt and green apples. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s easy to drink and is well carbonated. I liked this, it’s a good tart and fruity brew. Certainly worth a try! $9.99 a bottle.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with a thin off white head, aroma has light funk and pineapple, taste has that funky faux US saison action, which I like, zesty citrus, some grapefruit, some apple, nice.

Pours hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma of funky brett, sweet peach, apricot, orange and some rural notes including hay. The taste is funky and bretty as well but also has some grainy and bright malty flavors as well. Also some citrus, apricot and a weak milky feel.

On tap at O’Connors. Slightly hazy deep golden with beige head. Aroma fruity, funky, light grain, slight lactic and apricot. Taste is nicely balanced, medium sweet, funky rather than tart, lots of fruit, slight wood with a tart, slight acetic finish. Really nice!
