A collaboration between Prairie and Bob Sylvester from Saint Somewhere Brewing in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Prairie Somewhere is a blend of a golden farmhouse ale and a sour ale. Citrus fruit is used in the kettle to add intense orange and lime notes.

Bottle at THT. Milky amber pour with white head. Aroma is really fruity, tons of peaches, light herbal notes, rosemary. Taste is tart nice and fruity, light acidity. Palate is med bodied with good carbonation. Good.

Bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Very hazy yellow to slightly orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, quite some yeast and sourish. Citrus influences as well. Quite balanced though. Quite like it.

Bottle at THT. Murky orange golden with very short lasting white head. Grainy, sour white grapes, gooseberries, twigs, light fresh leaves, funk, hay. Medium sour and under medium bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle share during RBESG2015, Day 2, Malmö, Sweden - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral, zesty citrus lemon notes, grapefruit, farmhouse, funk, grassy and floral hoppy nuances, dry fruity finish. Lovely.
