Very very light and pale straw blonde with one finger of sticky white head. Nose is very funky and earthy with notes of horse blanket, barnyard, and lemongrass. Smells wild/like a geueze. Very tart and dry with lots of earthy and funky notes. Lemony with a touch of alcohol. mcberko (18930) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 1, 2014
750mL bottle, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks a lot, Dany), pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out awesome farmhouse notes, along with considerable oak presence and some tannins - very fragrant. Flavour brings out big oak barrel presence, with quite a bit of tannin presence, and the usual Prairie farmhouse quality underlying the whole thing. Extremely well-crafted saison here. While the oak barrels are prominent, it doesn’t at all take away from the spirit of the beer. Another excellent farmhouse ale by Prairie. jbruner (5274) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle shared thanks to Tim and Rachel! Pours a cloudy yellow with think ring of lacy yellow head that leaves good lace. Aroma is nice lemon, Belgian funky yeast, and barrel sweetness. Taste is less of the funky and more of the farmhouse, hint of hay. Very nice, soft carbonation, no booziness. daknole (11402) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - DEC 23, 2013
Light amber pour, off white head. Weird beer. Saisony, but some off flavors that I couldn’t place. I guess its the barrels. Herbal or vegetal or something. Very weird. Brandman (2961) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 21, 2013
Hazy yellow body, small white head. Aroma has sourness all over it. Slick light caramelly malt, more sourness in flavour. Brettnomyces written on this one. Some light and caramelly fruitiness. Saison feeling has gone woth the sourness. Only reminder is the slight peppery

750 ml bottle. From a trade with deyholla. Thanks a lot Derek!jayzz (480) - Illinois, USA - DEC 19, 2013
Cloudy pale yellow colour with a tiny white head.
Yeast and brett (sourness/tartness) in the aroma.
The flavour is also very much brett... it’s a bit dominating. Smooth. Nice but maybe a bit one-dimensional. I was expecting more after having absolutely great brews from Prairie. Some spiciness with the yeast. But still the brett is dominating.
Pale golden, clear liquid, with a slight head. A smooth light sour with a refreshing slightly sterile aroma, and soft long finish. bhensonb (15745) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 16, 2013
750 c&c from Star Grocery in Berkeley, CA. Pours translucent light gold with a transient white head. Mild funky fruity aroma. Med body. Sour citrus fruit. Like mild brett. A little astringent oak. Good drink. Finishing lightly barnyard sour. marcus (10668) - Sacramento, California, USA - DEC 16, 2013
Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours yellow with a transient white head and a fruity aroma. There is a medium-bodied light malt flavor with a fruit and oak finish. Very delicate. JBPortland (1647) - Hampton Roads, Virginia, USA - DEC 15, 2013
750ml bottle (can’t remember who shared this) pours hazy golden orange with a finger of head. Nose is funky citrus, hay, lemon. Taste is tart apple, lemon, oak, hay, funk. Finish is fruity lemon, woody citrus, apple.
