Got this thanks to Shane. Poured a clear golden with a thin head. This was a nice beer. Carbonation was spot on. Aroma was light tactic nose, barnyard funk. Flavor was light citrus/floral And enjoyable.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with cat litter notes is quite interesting. Taste is also dominated by some rustic malt notes with funky ester and some cats litter notes that are quite powerful. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I really enjoyed this beer with quite a bit of complexity while retaining super great drinkability.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity and lightly yeasty, with a wheaty base, and some citric acidity lasting through the finish. Nice.

Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy and fizzy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour, funky and fruity with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, yuzu juice, gooseberries, hay, dry soil, minerals, barnyard, unflavoured yoghurt and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny fruity and tiny funky with crackers, lemon juice, yuzu juice, minerals, hay, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of sourcream. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart, slightly mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour, tiny fruity and slightly funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, lime juice, yuzu juice, gooseberries, hay, dry soil, barnyard, unflavoured yoghurt and lemon zest. Tasty but another Prairie beer that sports a great complex funky smell that is drenched in citric and lactic acidity in the taste.

50 cl. Robe embrouille dans les teintes de jaune. Tte blanchtre diminutive. Finale fermire, sche, trs boise. Facile boire mais loin du spectaculaire.

Pours cloudy light gold with medium white foam. Aroma is peppery, wheat, slight tartness and slight wood. Taste is slight tartness, pepper, yeast and farmy. Great beer although if it didnt say aged in oak, I probably wouldnt have guess. Not terribly prevalent except for the developing funk.

Bottle. Hazy yellow. Musty funk with light bitterness. Smooth and light. Sour tartness but very subtle, not overpowering. Perfect yeast element and balance. Excellent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
