Serving: Bottle. Hazy light gold pour. Plentiful white head. Brett, light oak, dusty yeast in the nose. Very light and effervescent on the tongue. Not a whole lot of flavor in this one. Lemon pith, club soda, dusty, dry brett notes. Long, bitter finish. Very surprised at the ABV. Drinks much lighter. ansjelaah (1748) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - SEP 4, 2014

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Clear golden color, small off-white head. Smell lightly malts, a bit sourish and fruitpeel. Taste lightly malts, fruitpeel, fruitpeel sourness, a hint of wood, lightly dry. Decent body and carbonation. DutchDrebus (5995) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - SEP 4, 2014
Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Smells sour, dusty, cellar, cork. Tastes sour, dusty, slightly wood.. Pretty nice. Medium body, lovely carbo. Syndicate (180) - Idaho, USA - AUG 31, 2014
Got this thanks to Shane. Poured a clear golden with a thin head. This was a nice beer. Carbonation was spot on. Aroma was light tactic nose, barnyard funk. Flavor was light citrus/floral And enjoyable.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with cat litter notes is quite interesting. Taste is also dominated by some rustic malt notes with funky ester and some cat’s litter notes that are quite powerful. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I really enjoyed this beer with quite a bit of complexity while retaining super great drinkability. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 28, 2014
Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity and lightly yeasty, with a wheaty base, and some citric acidity lasting through the finish. Nice. Travlr (24745) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 26, 2014
Bottle. Clear pale yellow color, fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of dusty hay and straw. Taste is funky and slightly sour grapefruit and lemon. Tasty. _angst_ (4802) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 25, 2014
Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy and fizzy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour, funky and fruity with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, yuzu juice, gooseberries, hay, dry soil, minerals, barnyard, unflavoured yoghurt and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny fruity and tiny funky with crackers, lemon juice, yuzu juice, minerals, hay, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of sourcream. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart, slightly mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour, tiny fruity and slightly funky with crackers, grapefruit juice, lime juice, yuzu juice, gooseberries, hay, dry soil, barnyard, unflavoured yoghurt and lemon zest. Tasty but another Prairie beer that sports a great complex funky smell that is drenched in citric and lactic acidity in the taste. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 24, 2014
50 cl.
