500, capped. Thanks, G&K! Pours a murky dark amber with a loose and sudsy off-white head that quickly fades. Sweetened grain on the nose, lightly soured citrus fruit, some hay in the background. Creamy medium body with moderate carb. Sweetened grain, lightly soured citrus, and some hay and grass on the mid palate. Solid little beer, but not quite the clarity and complexity you’d expect from a large-scale collaboration between these two houses.

skoisirius (1909) - Earth, Washington, USA - AUG 7, 2016
Bottle. Not one of Prairie’s best, but still has a nice nose and body of soured citrus fruit and hints of of hay and grass throughout. Not super pronounced, but tasty and somewhat refreshing.

sjohnny (653) - - JUN 24, 2016
Sour fruity yeasty. Citrus and tropical fruit. Cloudy yellow orange. Lots of effervescence. Thick foamy bright white head with lots of fizz and little retention. Very crisp. Very fizzy. Tart fruit (grapefruit, lemon, and something tropical - mango maybe?) with a little fizzle of sweetness along with the bitter finish. Very dry. A little bit of funk. There’s a lot of sour here but it’s well balanced and comes off very nice.
