HKdIPA (864) - HONG KONG - JAN 2, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2018 Bottle from Brewcraft at home over dinner. Always like saisons with wintery roasted food. Hazy - too hazy to the point of creamy - light straw yellow pour with foamy white head. Aroma is sharp lemony farmhouse-y. Some banana. Standard, as they say. Taste follows - very straight down the middle farmhouse ale. Very...standard. Well done though. UPDATED: JAN 2, 2018 Smells of moderate pepper, funky Belgian yeast, surprisingly floral and vanilla, smooth, bit of orange sherbet, light banana, moderate to heavy bitterness. Taste is more smooth and orange, with less funk. Carbonation is fine/quite gentle, not as fluffy as usual Saisons, smooth and a little watery. Looks cloudy and dull, but the smells and tastes quite fresh. Good combination of smooth florals, sweet orange and banana, and hoppy bitterness. Light but flavourful. Like the delicacy and smoothness, esp. evident in the body. jrodooo5 (1749) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - DEC 16, 2017
Light & drinkable saison w/ a little bite. Very clean w/ an excellent aroma & pour. The spices are prevleant while it's not overly bitter. Lovely! Niko100 (3012) - Chicago, New York, USA - NOV 23, 2017

12 oz bottle from Growlers to Go, Short Pump, VA the ale poured a clear gold color with a small white head and limited lacing. The aroma of pale malts and mild citrus. The farmhouse ales to me are all on the mild side of hopiness. The saison ale is easy to drink with a light body and average carbonation. Not much bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall easy to drink but very tame. Evolutionary (540) - Ohio, USA - NOV 4, 2017

Total saison, well-rounded, with a bit of everything: citrus, floral, grassy, tropical, and spice. Light palate, balanced by light malts, and a flavorful intensity. Muggus69 (2807) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - OCT 5, 2017
355mL bottle from Carwyn Cellars, Melbourne. Can't decipher bottle stamp
Pours a big pillowy head atop a hazy pale straw body.
Pleasant aroma - grainy malt, hay, white pepper, dry meadow, floral hops adding a touch of citrus blossom & dried herbal spice.
Carbonation is lively yet soft lending a creaminess & texture to an otherwise dry, lean, well-attenuated body.
Flavour is quite delicate - citrus, cereal, hay, spice, slightest hint of acidity, has a sort of creaminess about it too.
Very well made, easy, elegant in its own sort of way.
