Appearance was cloudy yellowish with fizzy creamy white 2 finger head, light lacing. Aromas are soft barnyard, spicy, lemony cracker beautiful nose. Taste are lemons and key limes upfront then soft spicy dough with cracker malts. Backend is soft yeasty slightly acidic farmhouse finish. Palate was lively creamy CO2 with light-medium body, lasting slightly drying tangy finish. Overall an excellent example of an American Saison.

Mildish earthy hops. Taste is not bitter. A bit sweet. Some hop flavor. Nice and easy drinkable. Not impressive? Pours really clear with little head. Bit of a sharp carb. Surprised is a saison. Not super spicy flavor or aroma.

bottle pour..medium yellow golden color..slightly hazy with some funky brown sediment at the bottom of the bottle..produces a small filmy white head..solid carbonation all around..nose is pleasant with bursting lemon, papaya and honeydew/cantaloupe with some spice present..clove intertwined with trace of banana..light bodied..mouthfeel is smooth..a little zesty at first sip with lemony citrus dominant, but then winds up with a deceiving finish that goes from dry to a lingering fruit presence then back to a quite dry finish to close it out..quite nice for the style and just the right abv level in play here..i want some more..
