COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Prairie Standard is our everyday beer. Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma.

Bottle (from beergium). Pours yellow-golden. Aroma is fruity, citrus, sweet, some salted pickles. Flavor is sweet, sour, and bitter, fruits, citrus, apricot, some more pickles. Body is watery, carbonation is high. Overall: ok-ish .

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2016 Bottle shared by Mart, thanks! Slightly hazy yellow beer, white head. Nose is somewhat tart, fruity, lemons, lactic pickle juice, salt. Flavor has a mild hit of brine, citrus, an inkling of a grapefruit, lactic notes. Finishes lactic and salty, mild grapefruit. Fizzy mouthfeel. Strange brew.

2016-01-09. Hazy dark pastel yellow, modest beige head fades. 3+ Pleasant aroma, lemony grassy hops, modest yeast notes. Flavour is moderately bitter, grassy hops, modest lightly muddled sweet citrus has notes of sweet lemon and hints at grapefruit. Finishes lightly dry. Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Decent. 7/3/7/3/15+ Bottle from Aurora Brew Works, Buffalo.

12 ounce bottle. Pours an egg yolk color with a two inch white head. Taste is of yeast, malt, bread, wheat, hops, spice and some citrus. Similar aroma. Has a slick, medium body, with a citrus, fruit and slight sour finish. Overall, quite excellent.

Pours a cloudy straw yellow with a billowing foamy head. Lots of soapy lacing.The citrus comes right at you when you get your nose close to the glass. Lime, floral,malt and spice. The flavor is so balanced and crisp. Tart and lightly floral with light spice. Medium/heavy carbonation with a thin/medium body. Finish is slightly dry. Tasty.

Draught. Sweet raisin and floral Nose. Cloudy yellow, no head. Bright lemon and floral and a bit of a similar finish to a Belgium Abbey beer. Mellow and sweet. A bit of pine? Thin carbonated mouth feel. Biscuit malt at finish as well. Good on a hot day.

Bottle: Served in a shaker: Large white head. Hazy yellow colored body. Nose of dusty citrus/lemon, yeast, flowers, hints of vanilla, cheesecake, floral, light herbal. Nice lemon citrussy groove. Flavour is soft and gentle, lemon/citrussy tint with cactus, some crispy floral tones, bisquitty lemon, some soft bitter, hint of bitter lemon, light malty/corn, herbal... Aftertaste citrus/lemon, light bitter, floral, some flowers and light malty/corn ish... Low carbo, light watery mouthfeel, medium bodied. Nice stuff which comes in too small bottles.

Bottle from Drygate. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dried apricot, sour apple and white bread. Flavour of salt, lemon, bready malt and a hint of plastic. Thin to medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Doesnt come close to the brilliance of Prairie Hop.
